Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to drive our compliance programs, manage external certifications, and ensure organization-wide security governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance. They will lead audit & certification management, customer & regulatory compliance, governance & policy management, risk & fraud management, and AI & automation in GRC.

  • Audit & Certification Management: Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Customer & Regulatory Compliance: Respond to customer security questionnaires, review DPAs, and ensure ongoing data protection compliance.
  • Governance & Policy Management: Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, drive security awareness training, and monitor internal controls.
  • Risk & Fraud Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify and mitigate fraud risks in Payments product, and apply AI/ML-driven techniques for fraud detection.
  • AI & Automation in GRC: Evaluate and implement AI-based tools for compliance monitoring, document reviews, and reporting, and drive innovation in security operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Information Security, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC highly valued.
  • Master's degree in information security, Risk Management, or MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years in information security, risk, compliance, or audit roles.
  • Strong experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance.
