Job Title: IT Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage our company's IT assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to disposal.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate activities related to IT asset installation, relocation, addition, and modification.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in IT service management tools.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and IT support.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1.6 years of experience in IT asset coordination or management
  • Strong understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting)
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and IT service management processes/tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
