Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring EAM solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EAM principles and functional architecture, with hands-on experience in configuration tools and scripting. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure EAM modules, including Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Safety Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate EAM systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and IoT platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with EAM solutions in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and functional architecture.
  • Experience with configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EAM certification (if available).
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of related systems like IFS Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
