ServiceNow Software Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
  • Familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Experience:

  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations.
  • Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API).
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
