At our organization, we manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all asset-related data is accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain precise records and documents. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will need to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams.

The following responsibilities are inherent to this role:

  • Maintain accurate and current records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, highlighting budget variance, insurance status, maintenance activity, and other key metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings, identifying contractors, and procuring work scopes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
