HR Operations Liaison
Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain employee records, including personal data, employment agreements, and benefits documentation.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and HR service requests, direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems, and manage escalations and questions.
- Assist in recruitment processes, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for any queries or challenges occurring throughout the process.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and managing related data and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and employees to collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs, work with central teams to ensure timely processing, support benefits administration in coordination with Central Teams, insurance claims, dependant details, monthly and yearly data collation.
- Support and train employees on ticketing processes, encourage employees to utilize central ticketing tools to raise their queries, support walk-in queries and clarify HR policies.
- Ensure that HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances, promote a positive work environment and culture.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR objectives.
