Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payments.">
  • Develop strategies for timely recovery of outstanding payments and collaborate with sales and operations to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies.">
  • Approve and review onboarding of customer credit limits and ensure compliance with credit policies.">
  • Enhance credit control and accounts receivable processes, leveraging technology for efficiency.">
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate the credit control team for optimal performance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.">
  • 7-10 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management.">
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and credit management.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally ERP.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
