Credit Trade Operations Specialist

Are you ready to take on a new challenge in trade operations?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Private Credit Operations team, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the entire trade lifecycle for private, illiquid, and distressed credit instruments
- Oversee trade bookings, reconciliations, settlement processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Liaise with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Investor Relations to resolve trade discrepancies
- Lead operational improvement projects, including process redesign and automation
- Coordinate reporting across teams, including performance reporting, transaction history, and audit support
We are looking for:
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4 to 8 years of experience in fund operations, middle/back office, or project management in financial services
- A strong understanding of trade operations, trade capture, profit/loss, security master, and settlements
- Experience coordinating with Front Office and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Prior exposure to credit, private funds, or alternative investments is a plus
