Expert Relationship Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead key Non-Resident (NR) client relationships and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Manage NR clients with expertise and passion, ensuring exceptional relationship management.
- Acquire new relationships from Corporate and Institutional Banking teams, focusing on key decision-makers.
- Anticipate shifting customer expectations and stay ahead of competitors in the market.
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio by regularly engaging with mapped relationships and driving profitability.
Product Development and Business Growth
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client portfolios and products to increase wallet share and revenue.
- Introduce consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential key clients, harnessing incremental business opportunities.
- Contribute to new product and service development through customer feedback and collaboration with program teams.
Compliance and Collaboration
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in all interactions.
- Participate in cross-functional activities promoting collective responsibility and contributing to institutional objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing NR client relationships.
- Able to acquire new relationships from CIB teams.
- Strong understanding of consumer and commercial banking products.
- Familiarity with KYC and AML requirements.
- Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong client relationships.
