Senior SAP GTS Consultant Job Description

Job Title: Senior SAP GTS Consultant

As a Senior SAP GTS Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA. This role combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
