Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Dealer Engagement Manager to join our team at Pranam Recruiters.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, scheduling meetings, analyzing market trends, and managing CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, act as the primary point of contact, and provide support and address queries.
  • Meeting Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between the sales team and dealers, ensuring availability and alignment with key objectives.
  • Market & Dealer Analysis: Conduct research on the dealer network, gather insights on dealer performance, needs, and market trends, and identify high-potential partners.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all dealer interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on meeting outcomes, dealer engagement, and progress on business development objectives, and provide insights and recommendations based on dealer interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
