Job Opportunity

This role presents a chance to join our divisional team and contribute towards the success of testing efforts and goals, working in collaboration with local and global test labs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consistency in divisional procedures and making significant contributions to the development and verification of testing processes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring sign off on critical deliverables from a testing and test lab perspective, such as protocols and reports.

Additionally, you will focus on continual improvement in capability building, quality, and delivering high-value services. You will learn and contribute to making the overall R&D process more efficient by bringing predictability in terms of plan, execution, and budgeting of development and verification testing.

As a technical mentor, you will provide guidance and support to project teams to resolve technical challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct technology exploration and influence its application in the business.

  • **Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product development and/or testing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong 3D CAD modeling skills in Creo.
  • **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Proven expertise in material selection knowledge (specific to medical devices).
  • Good knowledge of current industry standards for product development and risk control practices.
  • Knowledge of tolerance stack-up, DFMEA, and risk analysis.
  • Experience in developing verification and validation methods.
