Job Overview

Our team is seeking a talented and experienced engineer to develop and validate new product engine parts and processes.


About the Role:


  • Develop and validate new product engine parts and processes to ensure mass production feasibility and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct process audits and validation for engine parts, including crankshaft, cylinder, connecting rod, piston, etc.
  • Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support supplier CQA for part market problem resolution and provide technical guidance as needed.

  • Proven experience in new product development and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of engine part manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
