Job Opportunity: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent daily communication, motivation, and accountability through regular calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between our clients and our nutritionists, ensuring that clients feel supported, stay on track, and achieve their long-term health goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients via phone calls and messages
  • Send reminders, motivational quotes, and progress updates to keep clients engaged
  • Track client mood, motivation, and progress using data analysis tools
  • Escalate any issues (health concerns, emotional setbacks, non-compliance) to the Head Nutritionist for timely intervention
  • Maintain strong rapport and client satisfaction through effective communication and empathy
  • Coordinate with the nutritionist for plan updates or dietary changes
  • Share weekly progress summaries with the team and client to ensure alignment and success
  • Encourage referrals by delivering exceptional support experiences and building trust with clients
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills – warm, clear, and motivational in tone
  • Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up tasks to meet deadlines
  • Empathetic and genuinely cares about people's health journeys and well-being
  • Comfortable using technology such as WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Preferably has basic knowledge of lifestyle management principles
