As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategic human resources initiatives that drive organisational transformation.
The successful candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to leverage metrics to drive performance and make informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective employment policies across the company.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and line managers.
- Lead the execution of the HR Strategy, encompassing Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and management of HR systems.
- Cultivate a positive organisational culture, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in alignment with business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive performance using metrics.
- Proven track record of creating people strategies and managing skilled teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and best practices.
