We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support across the employee lifecycle, advising leaders in executing talent programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters.
- Oversee and manage various projects on behalf of the executive team.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN BEST PRACTICES ACROSS TEAMS
- LEAD A PROFESSIONAL HR ORGANIZATION
- MANAGE COMPANY RISK, GOVERNANCE, AND COMPLIANCE
- EXECUTE TALENT PROGRAMS RELATED TO ENTERPRISE OFFERINGS
- PROVIDE INSIGHTFUL ADVICE ON HR PROCESSES AND PROGRAMS
- LEVERAGE DATA IN SUPPORT OF TALENT STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION
- ENSURE EFFECTIVE RISK MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICIES
- Talent Management: Recruit, Develop and Retain Talent
- MANAGE VENDOR AND CUSTOMER CONTRACTS
- BUILD SYSTEMS FOR CLIENT RETENTION
Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Leadership experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration skills.
- Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations.
- Data-driven decision making in influencing stakeholder groups.
- Advanced experience managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated trust-building with stakeholder groups.
