Senior Marketing Specialist Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators, and managing social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including SEO, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor and report on performance.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for paid advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.
  • Good understanding of designing visual content.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
