Job Title: Senior Digital Marketer

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, detail-obsessed marketer to lead our paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

This is a high-impact role for someone who not only thrives on campaign performance but also takes end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns targeting prospective students across Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Audience Targeting and Messaging: Build precise audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data to reach high-intent students.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize campaigns in real time for KPIs such as cost-per-leads CPL, customer acquisition cost CAC, return-on-ad-spend ROAS, click-through-rate CTR, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn for B2C audiences.
  • Prior experience in education, edtech, or student recruitment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills – you'll be crafting and reviewing copy that resonates globally.
  • Strong attention to detail – your campaigns are always clean, consistent, and accurately tracked.
  • Deep understanding of metrics, digital funnels, and campaign attribution.
