Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team at Talent Sutra.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative coordination, with experience in managing multiple priorities and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for executives, ensuring seamless communication and meeting preparation.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level support to executives, including responding to emails, document requests, and expense management.
- Drafting and Reporting: Assist executives in preparing meeting notes, documents, and slides, demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills.
- Travel and Budgeting: Manage travel arrangements, budgets, and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Collaboration: Support the recruitment process, including onboarding new team members, and contribute to office administration and management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with executives and colleagues.
