Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the university, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt service delivery
Managing major activities, such as legal matters and statutory compliances
Preparing and circulating meeting minutes
Responding to queries from students, staff, and external organizations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Organizing events, such as Registration, Founders Day, and Convocation Ceremonies
Ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements
Liaising with UGC, BCI, DHE, and other statutory bodies
Performing other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in university administration, with at least 5 years in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask effectively
Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
