Job Overview

NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to internal and external users of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users of our production systems
  • Manage various severity levels and service requests
  • Regularly follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in L2 technology support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
