Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external users of our production systems
- Manage various severity levels and service requests
- Regularly follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in L2 technology support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
