Marketing Automation Specialist

About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation professional to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic campaigns using Adobe Campaign v8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain complex marketing automation solutions.
- Develop and execute segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes and drive business growth.
- Maintain compliance with data regulations and email marketing best practices to safeguard brand reputation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Adobe Campaign.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
- Preferred candidate should be Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
- Strong integration expertise using API, Batch, and CRM.
