Job Title: Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to design and implement complex marketing automation strategies using Adobe Campaign.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (email, SMS, direct mail).
  • Design and implement segmentation and personalization strategies for improved customer engagement.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM systems, and external systems for seamless data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues for optimal results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes and improve ROI.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Adobe Campaign developer.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration principles.
  • Preferred candidate should be Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign for advanced skills.
  • Experience on channel configuration including email, SMS, direct mail for omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing.
  • Perform quality checks and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and some programming background in Java, VB, C#, and PHP for customized campaign solutions.
