The Global Business Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our international growth strategy.
\.Key Responsibilities:\. • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote business setup and residency solutions.\. • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.\. • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.\. • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.\. • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.\. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.\. • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.\. • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.\. • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.\. • Regularly report on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.\.**Requirements & Qualifications**\.- \.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.\.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.\.
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.\.
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.\.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.\.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.\.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).\.
