We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for uncovering meaningful insights from large-scale health data sets and delivering high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
