
Direct Channel Sales Team Lead

Seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Direct Channel in Nashik. The ideal candidate has a strong background in team handling with 3-7 years of experience managing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers/Team Leaders and Direct Sales Officers.
- Drive sales and revenue targets through the Direct Channel by identifying new business opportunities.
- Regularly review and track team performance against targets and KPIs; ensure timely course corrections when needed.
- Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the sales team.
- Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and share insights to drive strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards through the Direct Channel.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of team handling experience in the Direct Channel (Life Insurance) is mandatory.
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards high performance.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
