Job Title:
Sales Marketing Executive

As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing integrated sales marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cohesive sales marketing campaigns that deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated sales marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all sales marketing activities
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using both digital and traditional marketing channels
• Create compelling sales enablement content, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, tailored for the local audience
• Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, local SEO, online advertising) to support lead generation and nurture prospects for the sales team
• Coordinate and execute traditional marketing activities (local events, print advertising, etc.) to generate sales leads and build brand awareness
• Ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date and effective marketing collateral
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
• Provide direct support to the sales team by providing leads, marketing materials, and insights to help them close deals
• Track and analyze the performance of sales marketing campaigns, providing reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI

Requirements:

• 9-10 years of experience in sales marketing or a related field
• M.B.A/PGDM degree from a recognized institution
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies
