About Our Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketer to join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for designing and running structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run experiments to identify, validate, and scale marketing channels driving consistent pipeline.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and revenue generation.
  • Build foundational playbooks for repeatable demand generation engine.

What We Need From You:

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth/demand gen roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
  • A generalist mindset: comfortable executing experiments across multiple channels.
  • A proven track record of transforming experiment-based growth into repeatable, scalable channels.
  • Data-driven decision-making, scrappy problem-solving, and willingness to take calculated risks.
