About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketer who can drive impactful campaigns, serve as the face of our growth initiatives, and balance creative vision with analytical rigor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid strategies across multiple digital platforms
  • Continuously optimize performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Lead creative testing to find breakthrough campaigns
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing spend and targeting
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to align growth with business objectives
  • Represent performance marketing efforts in leadership discussions and external forums
Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands
  • Proven track record running campaigns for international markets
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor
  • Comfortable taking ownership, setting strategies, and leading execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing brand direction
