Direct-to-Consumer Strategy Lead

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned strategy and planning professional with a strong background in program management, strategy development, and execution. They should have sharp analytical skills and deep expertise in eCommerce/Omnichannel/D2C industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Strategy and Execution: Define and manage end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with engineering leads and business stakeholders to align program goals with company strategy.
  • Program Management: Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements while balancing competing priorities.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, and competition strategies.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Market Assessment: Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, and competition strategies.
  • Regulatory Impact: Assess the impact of changing regulatory environments on ecommerce and retail industries and implications on D2C business.
  • Growth Hacks: Identify new growth hacks, such as initiatives and partners, to accelerate sales and traffic growth (online | offline | Omnichannel).
  • Business Optimization: Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Program Optimization: Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and overall customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  • New Strategic Partnerships: Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.
