Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning profitability at the category level, planning pricing and discounts aligned with growth targets, and monitoring revenue performance.

Pricing and Revenue Management
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profit margins.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Inventory Planning and Control
  • Forecast demand based on historical data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Ensure healthy inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and dead stock.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely replenishments.
Assortment Strategy and Sales Planning
  • Develop collection plans that align with customer demand and brand identity.
  • Plan product mix across price points, characters, and collections.
  • Track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with design teams to develop seasonal directions and briefs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams for launches and visibility.
  • Share insights and reports with stakeholders and leadership.
