As a key player in expanding our global online presence, the Marketplace Strategist will be instrumental in driving growth and optimizing operations across leading Indian and international fashion marketplaces. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics – from onboarding to scaling.

About the Role
  • Marketplace Management: Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant marketplaces, ensuring seamless execution and strong relationships with account managers.
  • Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
  • Catalog Optimization: Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
