Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end campaign funnels, from ad creative and targeting to landing pages and conversions.
  • Setting up funnel tracking and attribution systems for our website using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Managing budgets and forecasting ad spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign goals.
  • Performing competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with design, web, and content teams to align creatives and user journeys with campaign goals.
  • Driving consistent revenue per ad spend (ROAS) through regular A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation.
  • Launching and monitoring campaigns via WhatsApp Business Tools, including flow-building and retargeting journeys.
  • Regularly analyzing performance metrics (click-through rate, cost per click, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, etc.) and reporting insights with data-backed recommendations.
  • Exploring new performance avenues and tools to improve efficiency and reach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in running full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of optimizing ROAS across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business Platforms or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, attribution models, and funnel setup.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning a performance strategy end-to-end.
  • Previous experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C), food and beverage (F&B), or e-commerce businesses is a strong plus.
