Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

About the Role:
At Sarvajith Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored consultancy solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring activities related to CT filing, registration, and handling client queries and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor consultancy solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Adhere to performance metrics and ensure timely and clear communication, including follow-ups, updates, and responses to inquiries.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or business development.
• Corporate Tax Certification is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• CRM software and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent email communication skills.
