About the Role
This is a strategic and consultative position that drives the larger vision, culture and business objectives of the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless assimilation into the team.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with organizational culture values.
- Develop and promote the Development Center brand in society and ensure business continuity at all times.
- Foster high-performance teams and promote diversity and inclusivity.
- Protect organizational interests and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and propose solutions to enhance performance, retention and employee experience.
- Manage employee grievances, including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns.
- Oversee the health and wellness program.
- Cultivate robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred.
- 11-17 years of experience.

- Ability to lead and nurture a high-performing team.
- Demonstrate highest standards of integrity and personal probity.
- Effective communication skills across different stakeholders and ability to influence.
