About the Role

This is a strategic and consultative position that drives the larger vision, culture and business objectives of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless assimilation into the team.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with organizational culture values.
  • Develop and promote the Development Center brand in society and ensure business continuity at all times.
  • Foster high-performance teams and promote diversity and inclusivity.
  • Protect organizational interests and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and propose solutions to enhance performance, retention and employee experience.
  • Manage employee grievances, including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns.
  • Oversee the health and wellness program.
  • Cultivate robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred.
  • 11-17 years of experience.
