Job Title: Strategic Operations Executive

  • Change Management & Digital Transformation
    • You will lead technology-enabled initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
    • You will implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.
  • Leadership Enablement
    • You will prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for senior stakeholders.
    • You will provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture & Communication

    • You will ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.

Experience and Abilities Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams or drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with the ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
