Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team as the Chief of Staff to the Centre of Excellence Head. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role located in Bengaluru.

The Strategic Operations Manager will assist in strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence. The role involves coordinating between internal business units, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for internal communications, ensuring alignment across teams, and performing detailed reviews of marketing content assets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Planning and Delivery: Develop and execute multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social) that meet business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Agile Workflows: Run Agile workflows for content operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Editorial Quality Standards: Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews) to maintain high-quality content.
  • Vendor and Freelancer Management: Manage vendors and freelancers to ensure SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure transparency.
Qualifications
  • Essential Skills: Strategic planning, project management, content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational Management Experience: Oversee daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining Abilities: Coordinate between internal business units and streamline processes.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation Skills: Provide executive support and prepare reports.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work On-Site: Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in a Similar Role: Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Technology Degree: Preferable - A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
