Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our content projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure the team meets all deadlines for deliverables, even under tight schedules.
  • Monitor project deliverables for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal standards.
  • Oversee and manage content projects, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and timely communication to understand and address their needs.
  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, guiding and motivating them to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in content project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional client communication skills, strong leadership and team management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stiff timelines without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with digital content production and ability to guide teams accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
