  • Store & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.">
  • Data Management: Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.">
  • Website Management: Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.">
  • Product Merchandising: Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.">
  • CRM & Customer Experience: Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.">
  • Brand Alignment: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the company aesthetic across all touchpoints.">

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.">
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.">
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and other software.">
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.">
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.">
