Customer Service Ambassador

At Cynosure Corporate Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere, and direct them to the correct department.
- Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, and take thorough messages.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Enter data into the prospect tracking system and run prospect reports for managers weekly.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate clients in a timely manner.
- Typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events, such as product launches and sales promotions.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge and understanding of furniture design and style trends preferred.
