Job Overview

This is a leadership role within the Master Data Management team. As Manager - MDM, you will be responsible for leading the team to ensure expected Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and standardizing processes with the NoCC team.

  • You will coach and develop the team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Standardize and automate processes for maximum efficiency.
  • E nsure accurate and timely set-up, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Manage training, routine people development, and compliance activities.
  • Build relationships between teams and stakeholders.

Master Data Management Activities Execution:

  • Ensure the Master Data team is managed within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Quality check of master data setup to prevent infractions before they impact business operations or customer relationships.
  • Ensure end-to-end process management for efficient master data handling.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.

General Management Responsibilities:

  • MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance target management, including sustainability model creation and action plans for open issues.
  • Backup planning (100% for the team).
  • Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • SLA/KPI achievement and monthly update, quality monitoring of team performance, and closing performance gaps.
  • Ensure maintenance/update of process training documentation as per EP standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for improving workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one etc.) in accordance with Excellence Program.
  • Communication flow to and from the team.
  • Best practice sharing within the business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Equip the team to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative people management.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execution of People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program.
  • Strategize the People plan and deliver on time with expected quality.
