Job Title: Data Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data engineering teams in the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in Scrum methodology and fundamental SQL knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile data engineering teams using Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, ensure project deliverables, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive team performance and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data documentation and processes to support business growth and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data processing and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and its application in Agile teams.
  • Fundamental SQL expertise and proficiency in Python programming language (optional).
  • At least 2 successful data engineering projects under their belt with a track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in Wealth Management domain is mandatory.
