Job Title: Power Platform Solution Architect

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our platform architecture team in guiding the design and implementation of our products built on Power Platform and Dataverse for Financial Services Industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of business requirements, technical specifications, and system configurations. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Power Platform stack, including Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform stack.
  • Establish technical governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices and guidelines on Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on new and emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) activities in client engagements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in CRM or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model-driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions.
