Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head to lead the delivery of plant engineering services and solutions.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality.
  • Appraise and groom team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies.
  • Embrace and promote total commitment to Quality – assume complete responsibility for Quality Process Compliance for all the projects and maintain process compliance index >95% for the Business Unit.
  • Continuously evaluate Productivity Improvement opportunities in various engagements and supervise development of Productivity Improvement Tools.
