The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in dairy technology and at least 15 years of experience heading dairy plant operations.

This role involves ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high product quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and leading and developing plant staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve plant operations.

Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, environmental standards, and workplace safety. The candidate will also oversee inventory management, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams, manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, and assist in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, management, and supervisory skills, and be able to analyze financial and operational data to drive decision-making.
