About Us
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth and success. This key role will lead our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement efficient systems to streamline operations.
- Monitor KPIs to measure success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Sales Experience: Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience.
- Ready To Travel: Up to 50% travel required for client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- A deep understanding of business fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues.
- A strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and technology trends.
