Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Retention
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Design initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction, driving business outcomes.
  • Foster a strong company culture through team-building activities and programs, enhancing collaboration and innovation.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, mitigating risk and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans), driving employee growth and success.
  • Design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning, ensuring continuity and expertise.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management, informing business decisions.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design, adapting the organization to evolving business needs.
