This role involves getting involved in a wide range of areas of the business beyond core responsibilities.

With this early stage experience and in-depth knowledge of the business, you'll be in a great position to grow with the business into a senior position within the recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting and managing job adverts across various job boards.
  • Performing active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Building screening and assessment processes including technical assessments, one-way and two-way video interviews, creating questions, marking rubrics, and examples answers.
  • Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
  • Performing background checks on candidates.
  • Creating candidate shortlists for clients.
  • Handling candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly and in keeping with the brand's values.
  • Building and managing key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges.
  • Building our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.
  • Refining our screening and assessment process.
  • Reporting on and managing recruitment performance.
  • Actioning items from client calls and performance reviews.
  • Creating SOPs for new and existing processes.
  • Continually optimising existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced talent acquisition skills e.g. candidate screening & assessment, interviewing.

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale up.
