Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to drive strategic IAM initiatives for a leading financial institution. This is a mission-critical, high-visibility role that combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies across large-scale enterprise environments for critical financial infrastructure.
  • Provide visionary guidance to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.
