Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to oversee and support centralized identity management systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise applications through single sign-on technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support enterprise single sign-on infrastructure, including integration with cloud-based services like OKTA and on-prem applications.
  • Oversee authentication mechanisms, such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos, to ensure secure and seamless access.
  • Maintain and optimize identity management systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.
  • Handle full account lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes, in coordination with HR and security systems.
  • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Monitor authentication systems to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
  • Implement and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing single sign-on solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
